Excellent service with professional, welcoming staff from the immediate point at the reception desk (Lesley Cook) , Service Advisor (Karla Shaw) and Audi Master Technician (Neil Cowan). Karla and Neil took the time to explain the faults and the steps taken to remedy. Overall effective and efficient.
