I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service I have received at the Tyneside Audi. All the process of switching to the new lease went very smoothly and the senior sales representative that dealt with my deal, Kevin Fawcett, was very friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed about each step of the process plus he was very kind and helpful with all the questions that I had and answered these immediately. As I had a surgery and could not pick up the car in person when it arrived, Kevin was very kind and delivered the car directly to my house plus I got a bottle of wine to celebrate the purchase of s new car, which was a lovely gesture from the Audi Team. I feel very valued as Audi customer and it was the pleasure to deal with the Tyneside Audi team, I would definitely recommend Tyneside Audi to all my friends and family, thank you very much!
