Amazing service at a very professional, welcoming and impressive environment - I came in for my yearly service but I also wanted to look for my next potential Audi vehicle, the service was handled excellently with great timing and efficiency. For my next car I had the pleasure of speaking with Tito who guided me through my options to a high degree of accuracy and detail, he made me feel very comfortable when looking for my next car and he was always on hand to have time to answer any questions I may have, I can’t thank Tito and the rest of the staff at Tyneside Audi enough!
