Appointment was 5 weeks later from date requested on app. Curtesy car was not available even though requested this on tick box on app booking procedure. Not a good experience. Easy online booking process however appointment requested was 5 weeks later , due to unavailability. Booking system was really pointless. Ticked for a curtesy car rang two days prior to appointment to confirm to be told I did not request one when I had and earliest appointment where I could get a curtesy car was 7 weeks away. System on audi app is extremely flawed. As for reception no issues and service manager was great and informative.

All of the interaction I had was good. I was given plenty of time for my test drive. Kevin was really nice and helped me out with all my questions.
