I visited Tyneside Audi and spoke to sales exec. Rupert Hughes. I was looking for an e-tron S-line on a 20 / 21 plate. Rupert searched the stock and found one that had just arrived in Edinburgh, I put a reserve on it (sight unseen) Rupert forwarded photos and spec sheet and we organised to get it to Tyneside. On the day of collection, I viewed the car, test drove it and for a car almost 3 years old it was in excellent condition. I left my Nissan Quashqai (part ex.) and drove home in our new car. I have had numerous compliments on the car and I am enjoying driving it. Rupert made the whole process easy and enjoyable and is a credit to your company.
