Easy to use Quick and efficient

We were very pleased by the process at Tyneside Audi. Our car was delivered to us ahead of date expected in pristine condition. We especially appreciated the highly professional and friendly service we received from Claire Lane. She really helped us through the process answering all our questions and making it enjoyable and stress less. Easily the best service we’ve ever had when buying a car.

It booked me in at the wrong time. I ended up having to ring anyway and had the time changed however I kept getting prompts to go at the earlier/wrong time. Lovely Jazmine. Polite and friendly. No messing on this time. No enforced health check. No washing my already clean car and most importantly no unnecessary upselling.

Very good service and friendly staff. My service advisor was Karla Shaw and she was very polite and efficient,the receptionist also does a great job of welcoming customers into the showroom.

Online booking form intermittently not available, appointments not available one day then available another. Suggests calling for an appointment instead however not practical due to my own work hours. Friendly helpful staff, good communication throughout
