The handing over was fine. Rupert, the salesman, was very professional and explained everything very well. Unfortunately, with so much to take in, it may be a while before I understand how everything works but Rupert did say just give a call if I need help. Any downside is on Lookers side I an afraid. Waiting for the telephone to be answered, no direct lines to the salesperson, having to send proof of insurance before hand rather than bring it in on the day and signing lots of paperwork electronically beforehand rather than on the day. I have just bought another car from a smaller dealer and found that much easier, doing everything on the day infront of the salesperson. Lookers seam to make things much more complicated.

Vehicle was ready and waiting for collection, with all the leather seats and interior treated as promised. The paperwork, and tax was done by Mitch quickly and easily, he certainly made the purchase straightforward.

Appointment was 5 weeks later from date requested on app. Curtesy car was not available even though requested this on tick box on app booking procedure. Not a good experience.Easy online booking process however appointment requested was 5 weeks later , due to unavailability. Booking system was really pointless. Ticked for a curtesy car rang two days prior to appointment to confirm to be told I did not request one when I had and earliest appointment where I could get a curtesy car was 7 weeks away. System on audi app is extremely flawed. As for reception no issues and service manager was great and informative.
