Following an appointment for a new replacement key in November 2025 which did not get resolved until January 2026.During this time poor customer service and communication was received.When I asked in emails how to make a complaint or for a Senior Manager to contact me it was ignored apart from an advisor stating " your feedback has been noted" the tone of one email in particular was unnecessary.When the work was finally completed the service on the day from your employee involved was efficient however leading up to that day was unsatisfactory.I was informed late in the day of the original appointment that the key had not arrived so the work would not be taking place, this was during the run up to Christmas where I had very little time to set a day aside for the work to be completed, this caused great inconvenience.I have waited some time to see if any manager would contact me and no one has - following on from the work being completed I received a survey to complete which mentions if not happy with experience in feedback someone would contact me, I did put in feedback about the problems encountered and no one has contacted me.The level of service, communication and lack of acknowledgement is unsatisfactory and not what I would have expected from an Audi garage.

No further follow up by sales executive. Over the years of dealing with you it's always sales driven rather than service. After buying my last six cars from you l won't be buying anymore.

Tito the Sales executive was not clear and open about the deals. For example he said good news I’m upgrading the vehicle. what he didn’t say was that I was paying for the upgrade. Likewise asked for a new plate and my first quote was for a feb plate. Which I was unaware of - then the price increase for a 26 plate. He didn’t want to put details in an email he wanted to discuss it over the phone. I always think if it’s not written down then don’t expect to get it. His sales technique was underhand and duplicitous. He lost the sale because he couldn’t be open and honest - you won’t be getting my business- I thought the days of unscrupulous car dealers were over but obviously not

cust purchased the vehicle 21.07.25,Fault lights on the vehicle 05.08 and booked in for sept as the light changed to red, this was apparently fixed, and the vehicle as scratched. Book back in for Oct for the scratches and then the light came on again with a different fault light. They wheels damaged also.Got the vehicle back on Friday rang straight away and they asked for a photo. The cus this not happy that every time the vehicle goes in come back worse.
