I was looked after by Rupert Hughes in Tyneside Audi's Sales team Rupert went the extra mile to get me the car I desired. His perseverance in such a short amount of time paid dividend to me as I really needed to replace my 22 yr old car urgently. I explained the specifications of the car I wished and he got more as in and the ideal car for me All the other little extras were a complete bonus to I was was delighted with the Audi A1 Sport 5 door HatchIn black and silver So me Rupert was kind caring and patient The experience was made so easy by Rupert and as it was my first time of buying Audi. I was impressed by his dedication to customer service from start to finish On picking the car up he set it up for me as I had previously had my VW Lupo for 22 years and it didn't even have central locking. `I was therefore able to drive away confidently He even rang me a week later to see how I was getting on and to say if I needed help with anything to just call. Audi Tyneside are so lucky to have an employee of this calibre working for them.and who gives such excellent customer service I love driving my Audi A1 Sport Thank You so much Rupert and the rest of the team who supplied hot chocolate an who made me feel very welcome .

I purchased this car 100% remotely, taking the train to cover the ~200 miles distance on the morning of collection. Tito Davidson, the salesman was excellent throughout the entire process, listening carefully to my requirements, arranging a taxi from the train station for me and ensuring the handover went smoothly. He is an asset to your company and was a pleasure to deal with. Whilst in no way linked to Tito's professionalism, I am however very unhappy with the Gardex product that was sold to me by lookers. After 2 weeks and visible damage to my vehicle which I was led to believe this product would protect my car from, I feel I paid £399 for nothing more than a wet-applied top coat preserver with a fancy looking cleaning kit bag for the boot. Upon checking, I have now learned that in fact if I'd wanted the same level of protection I was considering applying myself through a locally applied ceramic coating I would have had to pay a lot more. Lookers need to reconsider how they market this product, as this represents a waste of money from my perspective and would make me question buying from Lookers again.

Generally decent experience but the daily request to fill in a satisfaction survey afterwards quickly becomes annoying. A little disappointing that I was told the car was ready for collection but on collection later told "They haven't had time to clean it yet, you can wait if you'd like?" i.e the either wasn't ready for collection at all, or they had no intention of cleaning the car and relied on the fact that I wouldn't want to wait around for it to be done..
