When we came of the ferry, we had an unexpected issue with our car. Bob was terrrific in taking care of us on very short notice, explaining what needs to be repaired incl. the fact that a part needed to be ordered. Sophie took great care of us when we collected the car next day. A great experience overall!

This is my 3rd Audi. I have always been made to feel very valued as a customer. When I took delivery of my previous cars the manager attended the hand over with a nice bunch of flowers. It made it seem special.

The online checking in system was easy to use. Staff were professional and I was kept informed of progress during the work on my car. I was dealt with in a polite and timely manner and not kept waiting. The car was returned in good condition having being valeted. Overall I was pleased with the service I received.
