Straightforward Jasmine was lovely

I had to make an unplanned and unscheduled visit mid morning due to loss of tyre pressure.My car was inspected immediately and a new tyre recommended. This had to be ordered and was fitted during the afternoon. At all times I was kept advised of progress and treated sympathetically and professionally.

So on the 2nd January me and my partner visited your Newcastle Scotswood Road branch but the sales person was already with a customer. However there were three guys sitting in the corner of the showroom on laptops / managerial looking who just decided to completely ignore us and after standing for around 15 minutes waiting for anyone to help we left. So I completed an online valuation for Tyneside branch instead and someone called me within 10 minutes to help and the difference in the level of service was amazing! However because it was now later in the day I was unable to attend an appointment until the following day and noticed that the offer was finished and the pcp deal was no longer available so obviously decided not to make an appointment and put our plans on hold.

Mitch ( the sales executive) was very informative and explained everything in detail. The handover was very smooth
