NOTE: the option "oil service and oil filter change" is not on the list of on-line booking service options for my vehicle - this was added to the on-line booking by a follow up telephone call to Customer Service.My vehicle was in for routine servicing and everything went smoothly. My car was valeted and was sparkling clean upon collection.
