The check in online system was very easy to use. The booking system was a little more difficult to understand as I have a lease car. I wasn't sure which option to select. Good communication from the service advisor throughout. Work was completed in a timely manner.

The sales rep Daniel Hall made you feel very welcome and at ease. He kept me informed about the whole process from start to finish.

The service I receive is always second to none and the handover process was the same. Andy Webster was spot on as usual with his advice and guidance as was the great help and assistance I received from Andy B and Claire.

Simple to use. However, I had to provide comments not to complete any work without my approval. I do not like the fact that you have to do this, there should not be a checkbox to confirm work should proceed just to use the online booking and check-in system. Very friendly staff, especially Karla Shaw! Great customer experience!
