Generally decent experience but the daily request to fill in a satisfaction survey afterwards quickly becomes annoying.A little disappointing that I was told the car was ready for collection but on collection later told "They haven't had time to clean it yet, you can wait if you'd like?" i.e the either wasn't ready for collection at all, or they had no intention of cleaning the car and relied on the fact that I wouldn't want to wait around for it to be done..

Excellent customer service and friendly staff

An appointment was made through your salesman Dan to test drive an Audi approved A3. Dan was ready on-time, was helpful and courteous, thoroughly explained the workings of the vehicle. Following the test drive, Dan allowed us space to privately consider our thoughts on the vehicle and spent time showing us the range of cars available to Lookers to supply. However we are still in the process of doing comparative test drives with other makes of car and Dan has kept in touch with us to keep updated on that progress.

Great service however the was slow to be looked at due a huge backlog in work for the mechanics. No fault of anyone of course, however the long period without a car was difficult for us. If the speed in which the car was seen to then 5 stars would have been appropriate. I would also like to point out that Karla from Tyneside Audi was excellent and although it initially took over 10 days for the car to be looked over, she gave us an estimate of 2 weeks before the repairs could begin, however due to Karla's efforts that wait was reduced to just a week which we were very happy with.
