Generally great service. Receptionist could have made it ‘wow’ by offering to make a coffee / getting a chair - I was carrying a newborn baby and told to take a seat but there were none free

Fantastic service on my car for the work that was needing done. Customer service wasn’t that great I had no update giving to me. I was always chasing yourselves for the update. Other than that I couldn’t fault it.
