Both website and app do what they are supposed to do. Nothing more to be said. Easy to make booking. Friendly and knowledgable service reception agent. All went very well. Still don't understand why I need to book in at a certain time when collection time is still late afternoon.

5 star for the very friendly, attentive and helpful staff at the service desk and a great idea with the video of the checks. Also 5 star for the speed of checks, service turnaround and keeping me informed, up to vehicle pick up. However, the cleaning of the car was 1 star. Most of the drivers side and the wheels had been missed. I immediately went to a hand car wash in Blyth, to get it cleaned properly. Very disappointing.
