The chap I dealt with was a nice bloke, polite and helpful however the price given was really poor without the further opportunity to review it. I'm guessing its the sales manager or whoever gave that price to the salesman?

I would like to raise a complaint about the fact that I have had to bring my Audi in to the Tyneside Lookers garage three times since September to have the rear parking camera fixed. In the most recent one, in early December, they have replaced it but sadly, as you can see from the attached photos, the camera is still not working consistently. Also, there have been several times where the entire screen system has gone black and the rebooted.At this point, I am so frustrated at the thought of having to bring in my car for a fourth time and am so disappointed in the work and customer care.Can someone please contact me asap to discuss this further? We chose Audi to buy from this time having had BMWs for several years are heartily regretting it.

I made enquiry days ago and to date I have not spoken to anyone within the dealership.

My 17 year old niece has just purchased her first car an Audi which she worked incredibly hard for. The car itself is perfect, but I was disappointed with the experience when she came to collect it. There was no celebratory reveal, nor any complimentary gift to mark the occasion.As a loyal Audi customer, I’ve always received a special handover, complete with a reveal and a thoughtful gesture such as a bottle of wine or flowers. For a 17 year old buying her very first car, yes it wasn't a brand new one but it 2 year old A1 S Line (not cheap) those finishing touches would have made the experience truly memorable.I was later advised that complimentary gifts are no longer offered. However, my niece mentioned that while she was collecting her car another customer did receive the full reveal and left with a bouquet of flowers. This inconsistency is very disappointing.
