I have no useful comments to make! As requested, I arrived at 08.30; I was asked to wait but it was nearly 09.00 before I was attended to. The delay wasn't significant but it was a bit irritating because I had timed my morning specially to get to Audi at the time specified. This delay is the only reason for docking you a star; otherwise the service would have merited all 5 stars.
