Replacement windscreen wipers too expensive. With other cars I had the brake fluid renewal has been included in the pre-paid service plan!

Extremely good service, the car was in good order before the service but since then the car seems quieter, the brakes are better and overall feels in very good order. I liked the 2 hour service as it is far superior to " drop your car off at 8.20 and it will be ready at 4". My nearest Audi service centre is about 4 miles away with hopeless bus service but there is a very good shopping park 10 minutes away and it is easy to wander around there and get a phone cal 90 minutes later saying your car is ready.All in all I was very happy with the whole experience and it is a great improvement on previous services.
