5 star for the very friendly, attentive and helpful staff at the service desk and a great idea with the video of the checks. Also 5 star for the speed of checks, service turnaround and keeping me informed, up to vehicle pick up.However, the cleaning of the car was 1 star. Most of the drivers side and the wheels had been missed. I immediately went to a hand car wash in Blyth, to get it cleaned properly. Very disappointing.
