Jon was fantastic throughout the journey, this is my second car from him directly and third Audi from Tyneside Audi. Jon is a credit to the branch! He is knowledge, very friendly and goes above and beyond everytime and nothing is too much trouble! I cannot recommend both Jon and Tyneside Audi enough. 5* service! Thanks again
