Because a fault which was restricting my use of the vehicle couldn't be booked in to be looked at for nearly six weeks. Also the previous online question asked if the invoice was explained to me. I didn't receive an invoice as it was under warranty, so I couldn't rate the question, but your system said I had to answer or cancel my response. Hence a definite 1 star.First of all staff service was excellent and informative.1 star off because 'it appears' the system was conflicting with my phone which is less than 2 years old and fully updated. The entire set up I had spent months building up was lost in the necessary resetting. The solution to the problem of farcical SatNav and malfunctioning reversing camera seems to be not to link my phone to the car, which defeats somewhat, the object of having such technology.
