Dear Tyneside Audi Team,We have received a complaint from Mr Kenneth Johnson regarding the service visit at your dealership. The customer advises he attended for an MOT and Service, was quoted £100 per tyre for two punctures (£200 total) and £110 to secure a damaged/hanging undercover. He later used a local specialist who repaired a puncture for £50 and secured the undercover at no cost, leading him to feel your quotations were not fair. He also reports an “Emergency Call System” warning that reappeared shortly after an initial fix and was then resolved on return within approximately 30 minutes. He is unhappy with the inconvenience and has cancelled his service plan.We have reviewed this and believe the complaint to be the responsibility of yourselves and, as such, you are best placed to investigate and respond to the customer.
