No mot certificate No information on advisories

Very happy as usual with the overall excellent service and customer care. Can totally trust Audi have done what they said they would , leaving a woman pensioner 100% confident with the car’s reliability and safety.

My vehicle had a scratch to the roof which I believe happened whilst at the dealership. The photographic images did not pick this up. However, Glenn Butler dealt with situation very professionally and we managed to resolve the matter. As well as photography highlighting any previous damage, I would strongly recommend that you conduct a walk around the car with the customer prior to taking the car in.

When I booked my car in online, I was contacted by phone and we discussed two issues I had with the car that needed looking at. When I checked my car in at the service centre there was no mention of these and I forgot to ask, so I don't know if they were looked at.

Kim was excellent. My car had to stay in overnight waiting for parts and Kim managed to source a courtesy car

Kim was absolutely fantastic and so helpful, she kept me up to date with my car and explained to me the issues wrong with it and she was so friendly and lovely. I also had questions about my warranty which she said I could extend when it finishes which I will be doing as she was so helpful! Thanks again Kim!

Amy Horsman was excellent and was very friendly and knowledgeable however I wanted a change of vehicle type which was the only reason she didn’t get a sale.
