The Audicamvideo of the vehicle condition wasn't up to the usual standard with some of the tyre tread depth readings not visible on camera. Also the spoken tread depths did not totally match up to the readings seen on screen on the depth gauge readout. Just needs a little more care taking when doing the Audicam footage. Otherwise a good service. Very good comms from the driver about pick up and return of the vehicle. Thank you

I have decided to put things on hold for present due to family issue. I will be resuming my search and rest assured Lookers will continue to be on my list of dealerships.

Rupert and Jasmine were both very professional and were very efficient in sorting any issues / form filling that was required. I was surprised at how quickly they secured the car and arranged the handover.

I would say waiting 8 weeks for appointment was too long. Would of liked an appointment sooner and if it was available on Saturdays this would be much easier. Thank you
