Recption was very pleasant and efficient. Carla (Karla?) from the service team was very informative about the service process with me on my arrival. She also encouraged me to download the Audi App for more service information. I'd mentioned at her suggestion i had trouble with the app when I first got the car and never bothered using it since but Carla helped me gain access. When I'd mentioned I've lost a car key she mentioned another benefit of using the App is I can get into/unlock the car via the App. Carla was very good with the contact/updates throughout the day and did her best to sort tyre replacements. When I came to collect it was very busy so Carla arranged for her colleague to assist so that I didn't have to wait until she was available when most people want to be home (Friday afternoon)

The only negative was the fact that owing to VAG system being down the vehicle being serviced was unable to have its internal service indicator reset which requires another ad hoc call in to have done which is slightly inconvenient. However apologies were provided along with explanation on the day.

Inspection Due warning keeps showing despite it being months away but no explanation as to why warning comes on so early other than you just have to put up with it??

I genuinely cannot thank the guys at Tyneside what an experience, My RS3 took much much longer than originally told by the previous sales executive but Jon was amazing start to finish! Kept me up to date on everything was very through with everything & made the experience hassle free. Sorry for pecking your head every month Jon hahaha! Keep up the good work. I’d say give the valet staff abit more training, my brand new car was scratched all over by the way they washed the vehicle not something I’d want on a 60k car.

We received outstanding service from advisor Kim, who explained clearly the work done clearly and answered all of our questions. She also described the advantages of the DataPlug, which she helped up. This is what 5-star service looks like!
