From the first time I visited the Audi Tyneside dealership, I was greeted professionally and the person with whom I discussed my dream person - Ian Lowry - was really helpful, went out of his way to find me what I wanted, kept me informed via regular emails and updates and made a sale without me every feeling pressured or that I was just a commission. Great service all round.

Been happy with Lookers, who I bought my current car from and would certainly use your company again if a suitable vehicle was available when I'm buying again. Found a more suitable car elsewhere this time though as you didn't have quite what I wanted.

I felt that once the car arrived in the UK it was a mad rush to get me to pick it up. I felt I did not have a chance to say when I wanted to pick it up.

Honestly had a fantastic experience at North Tyneside Audi and I would definitely recommend this car garage. I hope to go again in future due to the service received. The cuppa’s were a nice touch as well.
