Andy Webster a first class sales advisor. good communicator,professional,laid back and treats customers with respect bearing in mind they are parting woith lots of money. The Business manager was vey professional and sociable and made sure I was happy with everything.

Friendly staff, very efficient and helpful.

Whilst I am unable to prove if this was caused during the 2 days my car was in the dealership, on collection I noticed there was a minor dent in the rear driver side rear wheel arch, which certainly was not there on previous weekend, as I hand wash the car.

Service advisor was excellent. I am disappointed with the excessive and ridiculous cost to replace a piece of plastic

I don't know what Audi do with regards to their staff training but all of your staff are probably some of the best customer service representatives i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The service and aftersales was excellent

My experience dealing with Jasmine was excellent, and after a few bad experiences with Newcastle Audi, I intend to continue visiting Tyneside Audi instead as it was a far better experience.

I haven't brought vehicle back, however I will have to as the vehicle used to charge to reason of 230 miles at 100% charged. Since returned to me it is only charging to 160 miles so needs to come back and be checked as significant drop since came into garage. Also, I was disappointed whe. I got home to find that whilst work was carried out to repair the car, the fitters have not bothered to but the internal components back together so I had a boot full of parts (cover for the boot lock, side compartments etc) that I have had to refit myself. This was very disappointing ting and not to be expected from a audi dealerships.
