Extremely good service, the car was in good order before the service but since then the car seems quieter, the brakes are better and overall feels in very good order. I liked the 2 hour service as it is far superior to " drop your car off at 8.20 and it will be ready at 4". My nearest Audi service centre is about 4 miles away with hopeless bus service but there is a very good shopping park 10 minutes away and it is easy to wander around there and get a phone cal 90 minutes later saying your car is ready.All in all I was very happy with the whole experience and it is a great improvement on previous services. They both were very professional and friendly and went over and above to make sure I got a great deal when buying my tiguan R-line. Also would like to mention the manager of the stores who was very helpful and friendly just not sure of his name. Very professional attitude from Scott, tyneside audi. I enquired online and Scott was my first point of contact after he called from that enquiry, he was there to greet me as planned and also did the transaction of part ex and waved me off in my new car.
