After travelling 18000 miles in 4 years I needed to replace the rear spring cups costing £400 given my car was purchased and serviced by Tyneside Audi I really do feel that a tank of Diesel offered as compensation does not give a good customer experience this is my fourth A6 and I have never had this element fail previously it was poorly protected during manufacture and Audi should accept responsibility for this fault.

I’d have appreciated a call perhaps a week or so after purchase to make sure I’ve sorted the in car MMI features. I still haven’t got that sorted 😞

I’d started to loose faith in Audi garages after so many problems with first my A1 which was bought from Wearside Audi and second my A3 again bought from Wearside. I used to dread having to come in for a service even with a service plan in place because I knew how difficult Wearside Audi made things for me with both cars I bought and a long battle I had on my hands again with both cars to have water leaks fixed, MMI issues along with other problems resolved. Coming to Tyneside Audi I was very apprehensive but the service I received was outstanding and cannot be faulted. Staff were welcoming to both me and my dogs, understanding of previous problems I had with Wearside Audi and knew how apprehensive I was. I can not fault the support the staff gave me, curtsey call a day before hand, the service was carried out efficiently and effectively, I had my car back very quickly with a wash and vacuum and staff made us feel welcome and made plenty fuss over my two dogs too. Sophie from service along with her team of colleagues at Tyneside have restored my faith in Audi garages. I will be returned but going forward I will only be returning to Tyneside. Thank you again!

Didn’t progress to test drive or sale as decided to focus on another model. Everything done by phone/video as some distance from garage. Very happy with service provided.

I dealt with Rupert Hughes and Kevin Fawcett. Rupert was exceptional, professional, knowledgable and efficient. Kevin was great too, as were all the team that I dealt with. Just wished I lived nearer as would use them for servicing!
