Very smooth process compared to past purchases at other garages & very helpful

Excellent experience. I was in a bind and needed a car quickly so I essentially went into the dealership and said "I have xx to spend, what do you have in stock that I can have next week" and it went from there. Was in, deal sorted, and out in 90 minutes. Was treat extremely well, the negotiation was easy and was offered a test drive that I didn't ask for which was very nice. Very happy

The car was booked for a service and MOT. After I collected the car I noticed that the service and vehicle inspection reminder on the dashboard wasn't reset. I rang the dealership the following day and was instructed to take the car back to the dealership, which is only a few miles away from where I live. I went straight away and the matter was resolved while I waited. Job done, one happy customer

I appreciate that most things are on line these days but I don’t seem to have been given a receipt showing price paid ,cost of extras and trade in allowance etc . May be a bit old fashioned but I think I should have had one
