Very well looked after by the dealership - as soon as I drive onto the forecourt and was greeted by a member of staff , I was made to feel welcome and looked after. Sophie took care of me, was very professional and communicated well.

The Tyneside garage staff gave me a fantastic service. My experience was second to none when I picked my car up Dan Hall did a big reveal for me what an experience that was I am still telling people about it. My car was behind a garage door and it slowly opened up I was so excited and felt so special. Every step of my purchase was explained I did not feel pressured at all. Thank you Dan never felt that excited about buying a car excellent attention to detail and a fabulous customer service you are an asset to the company. Kevin Fawcett was also brilliant doing the ‘check ins’ as I went through the process again no pressure just so helpful. A great customer experience thank you. P.s love my car too!

Would be nice if the availability of courtesy car or collection/drop off service was better (at least when booking online, options were limited).

Having had to wait since 12th December with an appointment offered for 1st Feb via the call centre we decided to call into the Silverlink dealership. From the start Kim was fantastic and quickly responded to our needs, sourcing a courtesy car for us and got our car in within a couple of days. She did what she promised and was in contact with us for updates. Whilst Kim was away Sophie dealt with us who was also very good as we had used her car ( thank you). On picking up our vehicle to our surprise Sophie advised the repair was carried out complimentary. Well done Audi Silverlink
