Booking, drop off and communication thoughout was excellent. When I returned for collection, I had used 10 miles on the courtesy car and when asked if I had refuelled I stated that there was no need as I had only gone 10 miles to which the employee snapped back at me stating that it was HER vehicle so I absolutely did need to refuel it. I offered to pay and apologised that I had not had the time nor seen the need for such an unsubstantial amount of fuel. When I got to the employee looking after me/my service (Kim) I explained that I had not refuelled but would be more than happy to pay for the 10 miles of fuel used. The other employee then stormed away stating it was fine and not to bother. Overall the tone used in this interaction was completely unacceptable and therefore when reached out to for feedback, I gave a 3. Completely unprofessional and if there is a deal she has with the garage to use the vehicle and for it to be used as a courtesy car she needs to understand she cannot speak to customers in that manner as it’s completely unacceptable.

The lady at the service desk was fantastic, and I was very happy with the overall experience.

We couldn’t be more delighted with the service we received from Tyneside Audi. We were confident about the car we wanted, however, were unable to locate on in our desired specification in the South East where we lived. We found a car on the Audi website and the process could not have been smoother. Amy made a really useful video of the car and took time to explain all the features. They arranged a trade in of our existing car and arranged delivery to our home address. Everything was seamless from start to finish and we could not be happier.
