I genuinely cannot thank the guys at Tyneside what an experience, My RS3 took much much longer than originally told by the previous sales executive but Jon was amazing start to finish!Kept me up to date on everything was very through with everything & made the experience hassle free.Sorry for pecking your head every month Jon hahaha! Keep up the good work. I’d say give the valet staff abit more training, my brand new car was scratched all over by the way they washed the vehicle not something I’d want on a 60k car.

Been happy with Lookers, who I bought my current car from and would certainly use your company again if a suitable vehicle was available when I'm buying again. Found a more suitable car elsewhere this time though as you didn't have quite what I wanted.
