Scott really looked after me when finding a car that was suitable, i had a difficult experience with another company and waiting for the unwind of the previous finance, he went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience and to make sure that this car was perfect for me. I’m really over the moon with my new car, and am so grateful for the service I received.

I purchased my vehcile from the newcastle audi dealership and when issues occured with the car they were far from receptive to my requests for the vehicle to be looked at. The issue i had the car in for at Tyneside Audi had been looked at previously by Newcastle Audi. They apparently rectified the issue but obviously not to the expected standard. Tyneside Audi on the other hand rectified the problem and im very happy with the result and the standard of work carried out. BIG thank you to the girl i dealt with from the dealership. Jasmine was welcoming, professional and very reassuring that the problem would be sorted and kept me upto date with the progress of the vehicle. We have agreed to communicate again in the new year when I have acquired more funds to be able to get a vehicle.
