I felt that once the car arrived in the UK it was a mad rush to get me to pick it up. I felt I did not have a chance to say when I wanted to pick it up.

Honestly had a fantastic experience at North Tyneside Audi and I would definitely recommend this car garage. I hope to go again in future due to the service received. The cuppa’s were a nice touch as well.

Andy Webster a first class sales advisor. good communicator,professional,laid back and treats customers with respect bearing in mind they are parting woith lots of money. The Business manager was vey professional and sociable and made sure I was happy with everything.

Whilst I am unable to prove if this was caused during the 2 days my car was in the dealership, on collection I noticed there was a minor dent in the rear driver side rear wheel arch, which certainly was not there on previous weekend, as I hand wash the car.

The service from all parties was outstanding.I don't know what Audi do with regards to their staff training but all of your staff are probably some of the best customer service representatives i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Kim this time was extremely pleasant and helpful, a true credit to you at Audi.Thank you.
