My experience dealing with Jasmine was excellent, and after a few bad experiences with Newcastle Audi, I intend to continue visiting Tyneside Audi instead as it was a far better experience.

I haven't brought vehicle back, however I will have to as the vehicle used to charge to reason of 230 miles at 100% charged. Since returned to me it is only charging to 160 miles so needs to come back and be checked as significant drop since came into garage.Also, I was disappointed whe. I got home to find that whilst work was carried out to repair the car, the fitters have not bothered to but the internal components back together so I had a boot full of parts (cover for the boot lock, side compartments etc) that I have had to refit myself. This was very disappointing ting and not to be expected from a audi dealerships.
