The welcome and assistance offered on the day was at a level which had been lacking during the previous two visits. Our car has always been maintained by Tyneside Audi but the previous two visits prompted us to consider whether we would get better service elsewhere. But quality of service has thankfully been maintained and at a premium level. I now have no hesitation in bringing our car back to Tyneside. Thanks to the personnel for an excellent service on this occasion.

Jasmine was a superb customer service representative! She booked me in for my next service and sorted put my specific request regarding a courtesy car. She was friendly and helpful in contrast to the Glasgow booking team who came across as bored and disinterested!
