I appreciate that most things are on line these days but I don’t seem to have been given a receipt showing price paid ,cost of extras and trade in allowance etc . May be a bit old fashioned but I think I should have had one

A little dissapointed that, after changing mobile phone number when dropping off, the old number was contacted twice. Once with update link and then with survey link. Also thought the real time work link could have been more accurate, as car was still showing as being worked on when I received a call to say it was ready. Great idea but a little pointless if it isn't up to date.
