Mark I think the sales person was excellent from initial call to my visit to your dealership for test drive and follow up afterwards So friendly, informative and efficient.. Explained everything concisely and clearly. Never did I feel pressured unlike the next place I went Reception attentive welcoming, got me a tasty coffee Got a good trade in offer. Figures were fine.Didnt but as the car not for me. Loved the look , handbrake and manual box but all new A1s now just 1 litre no good for me. Too much tech, hated lane assist v frightening. I am a big Audi and hot hatch fan, got 2 fab TT convertibles Wished you still did the Audi S1. Would have bought it in a heartbeat but 2018 used too old for me Sum it up -Excellent dealership experience, didn't like the product

I made an enquiry about a SQ5 advertised on auto trader . Your team responded in good time and suggested a viewing and test drive at a time that suited me . I had already viewed the car on your forecourt a week earlier and was impressed with its presentation. The mileage was unfortunately a little higher than I was looking for.

Lovely staff Treated fairly when upfront about getting car from NHS and not the dealership I have been treated badly by other local dealers when buying the car from them and did not experience that at Audi Very nice reception staff too

Communication very good Patience by James Vazairi -as I was sometimes hard to contact Reception by all at the Showroom was warm friendly and respectful I was treated with equality and friendliness

Tyneside Audi were great but Newcastle let you down and cost the sale
