Hello, I was wondering why I was charged two separate cleaning fees of $16.50 each. Before leaving, we made sure to thoroughly clean the entire unit, remove all of our personal belongings, and empty everything out.Could you please explain what these charges were for and review them? If this was a mistake, I would appreciate having the fees refunded.Thank you.
