Urinal was not working in the men’s restroom.Friendly service.

They treat you as a family, peoplle there are very nice and there is a nice space to wait for your car. The service is fast and they will tell you if there is a problem.

I am very satisfied with the service here. The staff are excellent and the facility is comfortable.The service department and receptionist are always polite and accommodating.

I ask service writer to document concerns i had with my vehicle and he did not. He stated if he's not working on that pacific problem he cannot document.Under constructionOver charge me for cabin air filter $60 when part was on $25. Why this was a 2-minute job. I came in for oil change and I had additional concerns but was told I have to make another appointment due to only 2 bays openStop over charging customersI ask to speak withy service writer Paul and was given an excuse that he's out would return on Wednesday ask to leave a message to have him call me but never responded.. Paul is excellent in returning calls to me but very evident he is no longer there. I got nothing but run around from front desk operations and current service writer.
