I ask service writer to document concerns i had with my vehicle and he did not. He stated if he's not working on that pacific problem he cannot document.Under constructionOver charge me for cabin air filter $60 when part was on $25. Why this was a 2-minute job. I came in for oil change and I had additional concerns but was told I have to make another appointment due to only 2 bays openStop over charging customersI ask to speak withy service writer Paul and was given an excuse that he's out would return on Wednesday ask to leave a message to have him call me but never responded.. Paul is excellent in returning calls to me but very evident he is no longer there. I got nothing but run around from front desk operations and current service writer.

Paul was extremely helpful and kept me informed and updated. He knew my schedule and made sure to get me a rental car so I could make it in time to my scheduled appointments. Paul is the reason I continue to stay with Mitsubishi as he always take care of my vehicle in the best way possible.Great customer service! Paul is outstanding
