My experience was frustrating due to a lack of communication. The confirmation email contained an outdated address, causing me to waste time going to the wrong location. Additionally, despite an 8 AM appointment, I didn't leave until 10:30 AM. No one gave me a time estimate or mentioned basic amenities like the coffee machine or restrooms. Given Mitsubishi's brand standards, I expected much more proactive and professional service.
