I didn't receive a confirmation email and it wasn't clear which service center to go to.I recognize that intermittent issues are difficult to troubleshoot. Maybe the window worked when first tested, but it didn't work when the car was initially delivered and then returned to the maintenance area. I was told there was a restart and the window was working now. Fortunately, the service coordinator offered to order a new window motor if I wanted, which I gladly chose to do. Still waiting for the part to arrive.Window motor on orderA confirmation email with time and location of appointment would go a long way.Status of repair text/email because I have no idea when or if the part will arrive so my car will be fixed.
