I came in with an emergency situation hoping it was only an old battery in the used 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage that I had purchased elsewhere.Paul got me in quickly for a battery check; and within minutes he appeared again to explain that the battery was indeed needing to be replaced because of a bad cell . He gave me the price and prorated replacement information and before I could finish a cup of coffee my car was being brought out , ready for me to pay the quoted price and drive away without sitting in the waiting area and wasting an entire day like happens at so many other car dealerships! Paul is the Best; polite, efficient and competent! A pleasure — Service like I received here will have me coming back for regular maintenance on the used car ( which I had not planned on doing)— too many others have been a hassle for me when purchasing and trying to obtain service even on a new car— so my original plan was to have maintenance done by a trusted independent mechanic.
