I contacted Paul first, then Armen joined us at Mitsubishi shop. They were very friendly, did a great job keeping me updated with time and job done.Overall, very good experience for a first time.The staff was very friendly.

I visited this dealership for the second time last week for an oil change. I specifically asked the manager to install the front license plate, but it was not done. A few days later, my wife received a ticket because of this oversight.Two days after that, the 12V battery died. I had to jump-start the vehicle using another car just to get there. I stopped by for a quick battery replacement, but was told they were too busy and to come back another day.Because of this, I had to drive all the way to Redondo Beach Mitsubishi. They were also busy, yet they went out of their way to help us. If we had shut off the engine, we would have been stranded, since PHEVs cannot be restarted with a standard roadside-assistance jump starter.I explained everything to Universal Mitsubishi, but they were not helpful. During the oil change, they were supposed to perform a full inspection, yet the battery failed just two days later—clearly it was not checked. They were also supposed to perform a road test, but the vehicle stayed on the lift the entire time.Due to these repeated issues and lack of accountability, I’ve lost trust in this dealership.Unfortunately, Not really. I’m disappointed and lost trust to this dealership.

Armen was an excellent service consultant— I came in in an emergency not knowing anything about the car I had putcheputchssed from Enterprise just 2 weeks before. He was calming , through and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely use Irrturn to IUnivrrsal for my car’s maintenance.Excellent courteous and friendly service start to finish

Just transferred so maybe next time after they fully transferred.They just transferred to there new locationPaul always offer assurance that if any problem arises to come back and he'll have it fix .Paul is always helpful and knowledgeable in his job.
