I want to thank everyone that I had the pleasure to engage with throughout my experience in my new purchase.I don’t think I am alone that using a smartphone for browsing the internet is “common”. I found the user interface less friendly on my phone and resorted to my computer to look at inventory.Andy, the GM has created a fantastic team that is very obviously from the top. Excellent customer service is so rare but at this location it is worthy of recognition for being outstanding!

I'm not unsatisfied, just waiting for the part to come in.I am very glad I bought my car from Universal Mitsubishi. It has been a positive experience for 4 solid years now. I originally went to Keyes Toyota to buy a car and they were terrible (pushy salespeople that don't engender trust) - I'm so glad I found Universal Mitsubishi. I recommended to my daughter to buy her car from Universal Mitsubishi, but she ended up getting a Honda.I trust Paul and team at the service department. They are professional and reliable and it relieves stress from my life knowing that my car is being well-maintained.

For the professionalism, honesty, and helpfulness.Both locations, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles they were honest, polite, unprofessional, and not wasting any time to make sure we understand the problems and the Solutions
