The waiting area has seating, and a TV. It just has the feel of being at the DMV. But it is nice to have a place to sit and watch TV while waiting for your car. That was nice of amenities as a BMW or Mercedes dealership.Thank youNice and helpful people.

They were great.. my issue is minor. I bought the car 2 weeks prior, tires had 50psi which I thought was normal since it was dealer set. I brought it to service the key fob and it still had 50psi after. I then learned that the recommended pressure was 35psi, so I just lowered the tire pressure myself. For others though who don't realize that, it might be a dangerous thing running with very overinflated tires , close to the max for the tire.They're great. Helped me out with my issue right away. The service department was great. Even the salesman Zack was great, not a pressure sell at all. Not a 10 only because of minor things.

I had a very pleasant experience with service department manager (Armen) helping me.customer service was excellent and waiting time to finish the service was very short.

Extended wait time as part was delivered lateBefore the move to Van Nuys cars were cleaned well - no facilities for cleaning at present locationNeed more chairs ! Lots of people waiting apparently due to recallsGreat team to work with , regular updates during service appointments
