Try not to gouge the customer with your rate increases. Like I said, if it wasn't for heather, you'd have lost a lot of customers already.I guarantee it.I talked to people when they're in there.Storage units?And they all say the same thing as what i'm sayingHeather really appreciate the customer and basically is the reason you don't lose half of the renters with you greedy rate increases!!!
