Everything!My husband and I were one of the first customers at the storage unit and we just left last week because we've been having a traumatic experience with the tenants besideus and the Manager Heather Clarkwe are deeply disappointed in their behavior and her failing to do herjob. We are honest, good people who were treated bad and very upset and I called your management co and no one has called me back. She put a really bad person Greg beside us and another one who seems ok Tony but they both spilled toxic chemicals into and in front of our unit and I had to clean up oil and the other spill started desinergrating my bags and we do not feel safe there and Heather started getting rude with me and even her and other tenants started complaining months before I did about Greg she blamed and threw us under the bus in front of my husband when we were trying to move out last week and he threw rusted nails into my unit and I stepped on one. They caused us great mental and physical and financial turmoil and we think he is living at his unit and she has kept me so worried about him I was coming by a few times a week to check my stuff. I gave her about $2k of my stuff and thought we were friends and she started turning on me when things started to get busier and she said no help and kept complaining about him and the college students and parents and I saw her true personality come out. I cannot imagine what she said about us. We are moving from horrible neighbors and she put somebody next to us just like I told her about that we do not feel safe around and Greg proved himself to be like that and I also found a roach in my unit. He is filthy. I put out roach baits. He was evicted and a party house he told meso himself. We were very amicable with all of them until things got worse. Please call me asap 512-635-2412.

Everything has been great. Both Heather and Meagan do a great job. They are very helpful and communication has been great in helping me set up a larger unit.We didn’t move out. Just moved into a 5x10 unit directly next to our existing unit.
