Hi, I am a current tenant at Vue 53 (1330 e53rd St). On my current lease, I was promised an incentive of $400 credit to be added to my account to pay rent. However, given PeakMade is no longer a property manager for Vue 53, I am still owed this $400 and have not received it, and I understand PeakMade is liable to compensate me for this credit.Please contact me as I am looking for a resolution.
