Hi!I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out regarding a sprinkler violation notice I recently received for my apartment. I spoke to the front desk here at University Gateway, and they gave me your contact information! After reviewing the photo provided in my violation notice, it appears the item in question was positioned underneath the sprinkler rather than hanging from it, so I do not understand being told I was tampering with it. Additionally, I removed the item immediately while maintenance was present, and I was told at the time that everything was okay and I would not be charged.Given this, I was surprised to see a $100 charge associated with the notice. I fully understand and respect the importance of fire safety policies, but I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed. Please let me know if any additional information would be helpful. Thank you for your time!Best,Auriona DysonApt 533

I was not able to live in the apartment since 1/23/2026. I still want the electricity bill to be prorated. Why am I paying a full months of electricity for a place I haven’t lived since 1/23/2026? The reason as to why I wasn’t able to live in the apartment was due to a TRO (temporary restraining order) to the other roommate in which

When we moved out we left the door open our door open. The other person living there had put his cleaning supplies in our room and we were charged for a cleaning fee.

I did not use any electricity from 01/23-02/20. I will pay for the utilities up to 01/23, but gateway management all know my situation and know I was not in the unit after 01/23, so there’s no way I could have used electricity.

When I moved out my roommate and I made sure there was nothing left in there. The mop bucket and swiffer were both left outside in the living room when we left. Those items in the pictures were all put in our room after we left. We left nothing in there, so it had to have been left in there after we left. DPS officers can confirm this.

Terrible. Fix your wifi, having it out for 9 hours straight then another 5 hours straight then another 3 hours straight is unacceptable. You guys need to have a 24 hour maintenance person on staff. Stop with this AI chatbot thing, it’s terrible.

My son Nikolas Astani lives in University Gateway building near USC, #854, when he filled out the application he requested to put him with someone who cares about keeping the place clean and respects that the place is a shared space and not bringing his girlfriend over at all the times.unfortunately that hasn't been followed and he has been having issues with his roommates for months, we approached the building manager who was Alesendro Dean at the time hoping that the situation will be handled and after a couple of attempts, it all got worse. I personally reached out to our interum manager Gavin Graham, and finally managed to have a good talk that was supposed to be followed up with a phone conversation that I never recieved, when I tried for a second time and set up a video call which again never happened, please look into this situation a little more seriouslythank youMarco Astani

I moved out 12/13/2025. I had paid December rent, and owed ~$33 in utility charges for the final month. A charge now appears on the account for what appears to be January’s rent, when I had already vacated the apartment. I cannot pay the utility charge separate from the January rent, which I should not owe, nor should I owe the late fee on the January rent.

My name is Aiyi Wu Zheng and I was a resident of 1544-D in USC University Gateway. I just received an account charge for not turning in my final keys but I did on December 16th, 2025 when I moved out. On that day, I spoke to two front desk people who verified I should put my keys in the envelope and into the small box at the desk. I was also with one of my roommates who can verify this. I just spoke to someone on the phone that let me know that Gavin has noted I fully moved out and turned in my keys on my account so I am unsure why I am getting this charge. He also stated that he does not see the charge on my account on his end.
