I removed all of my belongings from bedroom and bathroom 657D, as well as all of my belongings from the shared living room, kitchen, and other common areas. I also removed my trash prior to leaving the apartment and did not leave any trash behind. Therefore, I am disputing the $50 trash removal charge and respectfully request that it be removed.I would also appreciate clarification regarding the $20.00, $7.50, and $6.66 cleaning charges. If any of these charges relate to shared/common areas, please confirm that the costs were appropriately allocated among the responsible residents rather than charged solely to me.Thank you for reviewing these charges and making any appropriate adjustments to my final move-out statement.

never had a parking transponder

I was charged $92 for repaint of a wall and ceiling. Every quarterly inspection, inspectors were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and condition of the apartment. During the final walk through, they noted zero concerns that I would be charged for. I’ve been an outstanding resident and throughly cleaned the apartment for move out. Paint touch ups are considered wear and tear, and the walls were in good shape besides normal wear and tear when I moved out.

I got a charge for a "turn damage fee" I do not know what furniture that is. Im

I turned in my mail key, access card, and key fob all prior to my move-out date. I was unsure where to drop it off because it was after hours, so I left it with the security guard at the front of the building. He assured me that he would pass it off to the Gateway management. I made sure to write all of my information on the envelope as well. This all happened on July 18th. I returned the following day to drop off my gate opener and parking placard on July 19th in a separate envelope.

I am writing to request a review and clarification regarding the security deposit reflected on my move-out statement. At the beginning of my tenancy, I paid an amount equivalent to two months’ rent toward the security deposit. However, my move-out statement appears to reflect the return of only one month’s security deposit. Please review my original lease, payment records, and account ledger to confirm the total security deposit amount I paid at move-in. Based on my records, I paid the equivalent of two months’ rent, and I am requesting that the full amount of my security deposit be properly accounted for and returned to me, subject only to any lawful and documented deductions.

I never stuck anything on the walls or ceiling. If there were paint damages (which can't even be seen in the photos sent to me), it was there before I even moved in. I also did not leave any trash, so the trash fee should not even be there.

I was charged $58.74 for a replacement parking transponder. However, I parked on the 3rd floor and did not need/ use a parking transponder for the gate on the 4th floor. I would like to dispute this charge.

I received an email that $53.23 was deducted from my security deposit to pay for the final electricity bill??? WHY??. Every month we pay $30 to cover electricity which is added to my monthly rent. My final rent payment with electricity was deducted from my checking account on 7/2/26 and that should cover it. Why charge me for $53.23 extra? I don’t understand. This is Jason’s mother, Jennifer Nguyen who is questioning my final bill.LMk…. ThanksJennifer R. Nguyen(619)817-7231

No monetary charge breakdown was provided for the bathroom charges so I'm having difficulty adding up an amount that sums to $125. Based on charge breakdown shown in other areas of the apartment, if floor = $20, sink = $15, tub = $15 the sum is $50. Even adding one or two other things pricing the same still doesn't add up to $125 to my understanding. (dispute of these charges are below)I cleaned the sink and am perplexed on why that's a charge. Why is the tub charged? The yellowing of the water in the toilet (I'm assuming that's why it was taken) is what happens when water has been standing for some time, which it had been as I moved out in May. I shouldn't be charged for this. The smudge on the wall near the mirror was present before I moved in, as shown by the picture below. The floors were in the same condition when I moved in. I cleaned them to the best of my ability. Not sure if I am being charged twice for this if there are 2 pictures of it for the bathroom.I'm also perplexed on how the quarterly inspection in March has no pictures for an apartment that was in a similar condition and many more are in this one.I filled out another dispute form earlier this month referencing these as well and would like it if that one is referenced as well as the charges have not changed from the time I submitted that form and this form.
