enthusiasm of the staff

The location to campus. I was disappointed in the room at first. Much better now that it is decorated but the ceilings look unfinished, the apartments smells stale, there is a stain on the carpet, screws are missing out of a kitchen chair and my shower doesn't work well. I had heard the wifi wasn't very good and it's true. I would be more willing to put up with these things if the rent was $100-$200 less a month.

Proximity to campus, helpful individuals and agents, responsive maintenance, equipped with student-centered places.

Close tk USC. Good people

I love Shannon(hope that's how you spell her name), its location relative to campus and the appearance of the pool area
